- Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 6 ounces blueberry greek yogurt (about ½ cup)
- 1-2 cup milk or water (I used almond milk)
- ½ cup ice
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
- sweetener to taste
Instructions:
- Add 1 cup of milk and remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Add milk ¼ cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
