Hot Seafood Artichoke Dip Rcipe

Ingredients:
            1 14oz can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
            1 shallot, chopped
            2 gloves of garlic, minced
            1 C imitation crab meat, chopped (you can also use real crabmeat)
            1 tsp seasoned salt
            1 tsp ground black pepper
            1 tsp sriracha
            ½ C mayo
            ½ C Greek yogurt
            ¼ C grated parmesan cheese
            ½ - ¾ C shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients minus the mozzarella cheese. Place into a 10oz ramekin or a small casserole dish. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the dish on a baking sheet and then bake for 20 minutes. Right at the end, turn on the broiler and broil until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
